They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE's products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
The purpose of this role is to interact with customers, company sales/service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions for our Danish customers within the Energy business.
In this role you will be part of our Nordic Energy Customer Service team which is a team of 4 employees servicing the Nordic region, and you will be based in the office in Upplands Väsby, Sweden.
Key Tasks
• Be the Primary contact on a day to day basis with direct account responsibility for the customers in Denmark.
• Register orders in the SAP system
• Manage and follow up orders where required
• Process customer returns
• Investigate debit and credit requests and process where required
• Hold regular reviews with your account base to discuss OTD, Leadtimes, Abnormal demand, MTO/MTS improvement initiatives.
• Take care of the Quote Creation Process
• Every once in a while travel to visit our customers in Denmark.
Qualifications and Experience
• 3-5 years Customer Service experience in comparable industrial customer service environment.
• Be flexible and demonstrate working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent Telephone and email manner
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Have an organized/methodical way of working accurately with an eye for detail.
• Fluent Spoken and written Danish. English and Swedish at a good level.
• Experience in SAP systems
• Excel skills would be an advantage
In this role you will be part of our Nordic Energy Customer Service team which is a team of 4 employees servicing the Nordic region, and you will be based in the office in Upplands Väsby, Sweden. You will be the primary contact on a day to day basis with direct account responsibility for the customers in Denmark. Every once in a while you will travel to visit our customers in Denmark. Therefore we are looking for someone with Danish speaking skills. Additionally it would be great if you also can speak some Swedish and English. Ideally you will have some experience in a customer supporting role, but this is not mandatory. Even if you have no experience at all, with the right attitude and mindset we can definitely help you and train you in this role.
