The function Customer service
Customer Service Officer
• Handling of customer orders, from order input until delivery
• Handling of samples, quotations, complaints, delivery times etc.
• You are the contact person between our customers, key account managers and internal departments
• Daily contact with customers and suppliers (phone or e-mail)
• Handling of switchboard (between colleagues)
• Monitor supply chain
• Handling of purchase orders
• Analysis of your accounts together with key account manager
What do you have to offer?
• Logistics knowledge and/or experience
• You have working experience from an ERP-system preferably SAP
• You have good communication skills, in Swedish and English
• You are used to working with both external and internal contacts
• You are stress resistant, service minded and customer-friendly
• You have a structured working approach and you are able to set priorities and work independently
• Positive if you have experience from internal sales
