One of our colleagues will be on maternity leave for twelve months and we are looking for a Customer Service Manager for a temporary position.

As Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for a group of sixteen Customer Service Representatives who provides service to customers in most European countries. We are looking for someone who is able to:

• Coordinate the daily operations together with the other Customer Service management colleagues globally
• Manage implementation and initiation of various process improvement projects
• Be customer oriented
• Follow up on operational excellence by using our ERP and BI systems
• Support our Customer Service Representatives in daily work
• Manage a multi-cultural group.

The successful applicant will have an academic education or equivalent experience. You have several years of experience from being a people manager. You will also have experience in Customer Service, logistics and/or sales and have excellent social skills. Your English is fluent, both oral and written. You need to be a good administrator with good skills within different PC applications. You will be part of the Global Customer Service Management Team.
