hela Sverige Add logistics is now hiring a Customer Service Coordinator for one of our clients in the FMCG industry. We handle applications continuously - so don't hesitate to apply if you are interested.
The Company
Our Client is one of the largest global food companies with more than 100,000 people employed worldwide. Their focus is on 4 product categories (dairy products, bottled water, infant nutrition and medical nutrition) with leading positions: #1 in dairy products and in water and #2 in kids nutrition. The Swedish filial was founded in 1998 and is since active on the dairy market, with yoghurt, fresh cheese, dessert products and since October 2010 also with Juice. The Swedish head office is placed in Solna.
The position
As a part of our Customer service team, you will play an important role in our order to cash process. The position will ensure all customer orders are timely sent to our 3PL on a daily basis and will act as a direct link with our customers. Upon delivery of the orders, Customer Service ensures timely and accurate invoicing. As a first point of contact with our customers, the position handles all deviation and claims handling as regards to the orders, deliveries and invoicing, which often includes finding creative solution to upcoming issues. The position will report to our Customer Solutions Manager Nordics, but will be supervised by the permanent Customer Service coordinators. The market’s primarily in scope is Scandinavia but Finland may also be considered. Depending on performance, the candidate may run Customer service by him- herself for some periods during the holidays.
The position is a temporary during the summer, starting June 29. However, take into account that about 70% of Add logistics staffing assignments lead to a permanent position. Working hours are 08:00-17:00 Monday through Friday.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates that are recently graduated or still studying to achieve a B.Sc. degree or higher. If you have worked in Supply Chain or with Customer relations, preferably within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods segment this would be considered to be a plus. To use the computer as a working tool is natural for you and preferably you are comfortable with Excel and some ERP-system. You communicate unhindered in speech and writing in English and in one of the Scandinavian languages. You are a team player with Customer service orientation that can keep your focus while multi-tasking. You are structured and particular about deadlines. Last but not least you are a good colleague and have a can do attitude!
