Arbetsuppgifter/Job description
For our Customer Contact Center in Stockholm we are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator.
Your main responsibilities will include providing customer service as well as administrative support to internal and external customers in areas such as product order fulfillment processes and customer service requests. You will get inquiries via e-mail and phone and if necessary, you will take help of appropriate departments to solve them or you might forward the inquiries to second tier.
In our Contact Center we get numerous requests on a daily basis from our customers:
• in Pre-sales our customers need help and guidance in selecting products from a wide range of products. Good knowledge of our products/customer applications will help you advise our customers and pass business opportunities to our sales force.
• in Post-sales we need to qualify our customer's problem when facing issues whilst using our instrument. Quickly identifying the issue and being able to involve technical experts in an effective way is key to the satisfaction of our customers.
Utbildning, erfarenhet/Qualifications:
(professional training, experience, language skills)
This is a very exciting opportunity if you eager to take on new challenges and are a problem solver.
The candidate we are looking for has:
• Preferably you have a High School (Gymnasium) or Bachelor degree.
• You should be a customer-care person.
• You should be eager to build on your support ability, telephone skills and basic industry knowledge.
• While some experience would be an advantage, a positive, solutions-oriented approach and customer-focus are what will really drive your success.
• Besides Swedish we require fluent English to communicate with our international colleagues
