We are looking for a Customer Service Agent Denmark for division Services based in Västerås
Your Role
In the Customer Service role you will be working in a motivated team and reporting to the Nordic Customer Service Manager (Hub Back-office Manager). The Customer Service Agent is responsible for supporting both Customers (from advising through to order receival and order processing) and the Bombardier responsible Sales Managers in commercial activites on the Nordic spare parts market with particular focus on Denmark.
Your Challenges
• Be in charge of customer service advising, quotations, order acknowledgement, invoicing
• Take care of all administrative activities related to selling and repairing material for Danish customers.
• Monitor customer offers and bids in order to drive margin, on time delivery and minimize risk.
• Ensure quick response times and service level towards customers.
• Support Danish Sales managers in ad hoc commercial activities/requests and report on progress and key performance issues on a regular basis on Danish customers.
Qualifications
Proactive, business oriented approach is required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach for both internal and customer interfacing.
Good experience of Business-to-Business sales is required.
Good data management and basic financial skills is required.
Fluent in Swedish and English is required, Danish language skills, (speech and written), are essential.
