Your mission is to give our customers around the world extraordinary service via email, phone and through our live chat. Together with the rest of the Customer Service team you are an important part of maintaining the customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Experience
You are a driven person with great energy and you are passionate about customer care and service. Ideally you already have some experience in customer service. We expect you to be fluent in English and language skills in German, French or Spanish are an advantage. For us your personality and your performance are more important than a higher education or work experience. At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need.
