Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Metso Mining and Construction Technology, Service Business line, are looking for a sales support person for Conveyor Solutions. In this position you support Metso sales offices and conveyor belt end users in technical and commercial issues, through activities such as quotations, tender presentations and order handling. Main market areas of responsibility will be Sweden and Norway as well as lesser support to other global market areas as required.
You prepare the quotations for market areas, including ascertaining best source of supply (in-house manufacture or traded) and providing proper documentation. You follow up the sales order until delivery to the customer/market area and issue monthly statistics about sales and purchasing. It is also your responsibilty to analyze costs and define the sales price as well as applicable commercial conditions. With the support of the engineering team you will also define what is the best product to meet customer needs.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
You have a related degree, certification and technical abilities. You need a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service area, experience with conveyor solutions products and basic knowledge of logistics. You have very good communication skills, oral and written, in an advanced level of English. Any other language skills are desirable. You are also familiar with IT tools such as MS office and ERP/integrated system.
