hela Sverige The SaaS-company Avinode Group has a suite of global digital B2B services for business aviation and is now looking to strengthen their Customer Experience team with a Customer Retention Specialist. The company is constantly striving to close identified gaps in the market by creating innovative and essential tools for modern business aviation. They are doing so with three platforms, Avinode, Schedaero and Paynode.
This role will focus on fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring brand loyalty for the Avinode product portfolio. You will become a key player in the Customer Experience team where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Your responsibility will involve identifying customer dissatisfaction in early stages and work on eliminating pain points in close collaboration with other departments. It can involve changing platform functions, building a better onboarding process or setting up a great loyalty program.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to enhance brand loyalty and retention.
Develop and maintain scalable programs tailored to various customer segments.
Manage and oversee customer loyalty programs to ensure their effectiveness.
Monitor relevant metrics to identify the most efficient channels and tools for reaching target groups and goals
Ideal candidate
Proven SaaS-based customer retention expertise at scale.
Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
Effective collaboration across business, product, and technical teams.
Creative strategist with meticulous attention to detail.
Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and adept at problem-solving.
Proficient in crafting compelling content for diverse audiences.
Strong presentation skills, adept at training sessions.
Experience with MarTech tools (e.g., Intercom, Microsoft Dynamics, Wordpress)
