Job Description
As Customer Research Specialist, your main responsibility is to steer and develop Lindex customer research and insights to support Lindex in improving customer value and experience. You are part of Lindex Customer Engagement Team, working globally with all our markets and with the common goal to optimize the customer experience.
In this role, you lead the development to optimize customer feed back across all channels, you develop global KPIs, ensure data is available and used throughout the organization and you are point of contact for all insight requests. You act as a leader for various insights projects and you work in close co-operation with other departments, in an agile way of working. The role also includes performing qualitative research.
Are you the one we are looking for?
• Relevant university degree in BA, economics, statistics, database or equivalent
• Work experience from a position within customer research and analysis, where you have acquired deep knowledge about research (research methodology, statistics and presenting results)
• Work experience from project management within customer research
• Good knowledge in Excel and analytical and survey tools, e.g. PowerBI, SPSS, Survey Monkey, Questback or similar
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software systems
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious: work experience from a company within the retail business
To succeed in this role, you have a strong passion for customer research, numbers and insights. You can work independently, take initiatives and managing your time to meet set deadlines. Since you will be working in close collaboration with other departments, we think that it is important that you are a team player and open minded.
