Your assignements
In your role as Customer Product Manager (f/m)you will align customer’s needs and expectations with the world of solutions provided by Business Units in our global organization and providing sales and technical support to customers and local Applications Engineers. That means in detail:
Analyze the customers commercial and technical demand
Collect and extract commercial and technical information about customers, competitors and market.
Be the customers advocate inside WABCO and bring the Voice of the customer (VOC) into the Business Unit’s
Drive Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, price negotiations and contracts.
Prototype and Product Variation Management.
Facilitate Start of Production (SOP)and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
Your profile?
Diploma or technical degree in engineering
Strong business mindset and negotiation skills.
3-5 years of experience in the described job i preferable.
Knowledge about products/systems (electronic and pneumatic)
Good presentation and communication skills.
Good communication skills in the English language. German and/or French is an asset.
