Customer Manager operates in the client interface managing Service process from initial client needs to prospect analysis, proposal, sales, execution, warranty and maintenance.
Customer Manager is responsible for nominated key customer accounts both technically and financially. He/she finds viable technical solutions , manages completion of profitable proposals and manages sales negotiations together with the Service professional team. In addition he/she executes the deliveries as project manager.
Customer Manger participates in business development together with other Service management.
Education and experience from energy- or process technology is required. Experience of power plants, boiler technology and maintenance is further appreciated. The person we are looking for is an energetic multi-task professional with good communication- and team work skills. Both Swedish and English skills required.
