Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Customer Care Manager. This position is accountable for providing a high level of customer service for all customers, internal and external.

Your main responsibilities
• Manage a Customer Care Center.
• Implement company policy, define roles, targets and objectives.
• Communication with Customer Care centre staff, other departments, customers and external organizations.
• Create an effective and efficient organization. Responsible for reporting and budget.
• Development and management, evaluation and planning development
• Manage processing operations of incoming orders in interface with front office.
• Update the data related to the orders
• Be the interface with the customers in order to develop service and relationship
• Be the interface with business units in strategic developments

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor degree
• Experience from a similar position, 3-5 years
• Strong leadership and communication skills, previous leadership experience crucial
• Preferable Lean administration knowledge and SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and in writing
• Self-driven and goal oriented
