We want every Voi ride to be magical, and to support our riders when things don't go as planned we are looking for a Critical Incidents Associate to join us for the coming 6 months.
Note: This position is a 6 month fixed term contract (FTC).
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Critical Incidents Associate you will be responsible for managing high priority customer inflows relating to accidents, insurance claims, GDPR- and police inquiries. As a part of the critical incidents team you will collaborate and work continuously to ensure efficiency, identify new ways to improve our processes and contribute to drive our critical incident operations forward. This will include:
• Managing responses to serious and sensitive incidents, eg. accidents, insurance claims, GDPR- and police inquiries
• Coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders, eg. insurance agencies
• Being a point of escalations for the offshore critical incidents agents
• Analysing and monitoring trends in incident data
• Identifying and contributing to initiatives that improve quality and efficiency in our current processes
• Collaborating with local operations- and safety teams to ensure prioritisation of rider and third-party safety
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We are looking for an independent and agile person with a data-driven mindset and with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In addition to being fluent english, we believe the right person has:
• Experience from customer service, user support or incident management is a merit
• Experience with insurance is a merit
• Great communication skills, written and spoken
• Ability to manage, keep cool, prioritise and act fast in critical situations
• Ability to work with and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Fluency in other European languages is a merit
