We currently have the following job opening;
Critical Concern Manager (CCM)
The Critical Concern Manager role ensures that any potential critical concerns that may have an influence on safety, non-compliance, emission or severe customer satisfaction, are identified, analyzed and mitigated and if needed escalated for a campaign decision. According to the Critical Concern Action Process (CCAP). There is a high attention when it comes to critical investigations so strong analytic and leadership skills are essential.
The main market where the cars are sold is China (EU and US is planned within the near future). The vehicle production plants are located in China.
Running this type of investigations means numerous contacts with persons and departments in China and Sweden on all different levels in the company. Occasional travels can occur.
Responsibilities and tasks
- In order to identify potentially critical concerns, the CCM participates in relevant Manufacturing and After Market Quality meetings such as:
- Global Product Improvement Intake Meeting
- Plant Pre-Meeting
- The CCM leads the investigation of potentially critical concerns and is a member of AMQ Pre-meeting.
- The CCM presents the potential Critical Product Concern including recommended action, in cooperation with the responsible Quality Project Leade r (QPL) to the AMQ Pre-meeting. And if escalated for campaign decision also presents recommendation to the Critical Concern Management Team (CCMT).
- The CCM also participates/supports in the Prepare Quality Campaign Process
- To ensure correct technical content in the Quality Bulletin documentation.
Requirements
- Automotive experience achieved by working in this kind of environment
- Sc. or several years of relevant experience
- Experience from an international and multi-language environment is meritorious.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and developing organization
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with colleagues and external partners
- Able to travel when needed to support operations in China
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
- Strong analytical- and leadership skills
- Be familiar with relevant Regulatory Automotive Compliance
