Global Credit Network (GCN) is responsible for the end-to-end management of our credit, collections and new account operations around the world. GCN aims to strike the right balance between helping Card Members in need through a range of repayment options, and taking actions to recover balances and limit exposure for American Express. GCN's talented teams around the world work to Reduce Provision, Prevent Fraud and Enable Spend. The International Credit Operations team (ICO) is part of the GCN business unit. This team delivers superior service around the world as they recover delinquent balances and limit AXP?s exposure to losses. Spread across 20 markets, the teams service Card Members in more than a dozen languages. This position sits within the Credit Operations Europe team in Stockholm .
In this role, the successful candidate will provide credit related services via phone and mail for our Finnish card holders.
As a Credit Specilist:
• you will be providing servicing in credit related issues and enquiries
• you will be in charge of collecting overdue balances as well as making sure we enable spend for our card holders
• you will also work with supportive functions, surrounding the world of card transactions
• you are fluent in Finnish , Swedish and English, both in verbal and in writing
• you enjoy challenges and work your way to reach set goals.Experience in working in an office environment is a must, being able to learn new systems and processes easily
• you have strong and efficient communication skills
• you articulate and are professional, clear and friendly
• you have familiarity with working in a people-oriented environment where the overall attitude is to drive performance towards exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications
• Fluent in verbal and written Finnish , Swedish and at least moderate in English, fluency of these languages is a great plus
• Previous experience in Credit / Customer /Collection service preferred
• Good analytical skills

• Confident with challenging customer situations
