The global marketing organisation supports several subsidiaries and 60+ distributors worldwide, where design and communication are essential parameters. In our in-house creative team, we now continue our journey to take the global TePe brand to the next level, where you, our new creative copywriter, will play a pivotal role.
You have a great interest in the written word and find an outlet for your bursting creativity in your work. You know how to capture the essence of what we say and how we say it to create that added value to the customer and consumer experience, for example by absorbing information from marketing insights and research and translating that into target group-adapted strong communication.
As our new Copywriter, you will join the creative team and work together with our Graphic and Digital Designers. You'll mostly be writing our communication for all our external channels, looking to both improve our communication and our output. Collaborating with the creative team and across the organisation, you'll consistently craft compelling stories and content that grab people's attention. This is a completely new role and since we are open to doing things differently at TePe, you will get the opportunity to really make an impact here. Among other things, you will:
• Proactively create copy that takes TePe to the next level
• Translate our tone of voice into copywriting that both converts and communicates on an emotional level with the TePe community
• Work together with the Creative team to ideate, write, and execute creative copywriting, concepts, and activations
• Research target audiences, including their demographics and behaviours, to create effective marketing campaigns
• Independently manage workload, deadlines and quality of work produced
We hope that you...
• are a creative empath that believes words and language are meant to be played with
• have your ears to the ground and are able to understand and translate customer needs into words
• have a strong understanding of the digital world and are experienced working targeted towards consumers
• get excited by both conceptual work and the nitty-gritty of the craft
• are comfortable with a digital and fast-paced environment and have the ability to ideate, produce and deliver under tight deadlines (At TePe we work with speed, but never at the cost of creativity!)
• are a team-player and believe in collaboration and team culture
• take initiative, work independently and always strive to go above and beyond in your work. That's how we together take TePe's brand to the next level!
• have a few years of copy experience, spanning from conceptual work to hands-on conversion copy
• speak and write native-level English and Swedish
