We are offering an unique opportunity for a Country Trade Compliance Officer in Sweden that will drive the implementation of the governance framework for the Global Trade Management at country level. Your main responsibility is to ensure that our business conduct their activities in line with Corporate Regulation and its Annexes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes and guidelines.

Your responsibilities
Drive and coordinate the country level implementation of the Global Trade Management together with colleagues locally and globally
Ensure trade compliance and efficient trade at the country level and provide related trainings in these areas
In coordination with the Head of Global Trade Compliance, create country specific trade policies and procedures
Support and give guidance to Business Units in relation to trade-related issues such as export control, customs compliance, sensitive countries, screening, etc.
In cooperation with the Business Units, analyze trade flows and customs duty spend to look for duty savings opportunities
Conduct trade reviews and audits
Regularly update the business and the Global Trade Compliance Management on (potential) risk areas and trade issues
Your background
You have a bachelor's degree in administration or other relevant area
Several years of experience with business process and good understanding of end-to-end supply chain process, risk management and logistics
Knowledge of Export Controls, Customs rules and regulations is essential with willingness to expand expertise in other field with on-the-job training
You have great communication skills and enjoys working in a diverse and multicultural environment with interactions on all levels of the business
You take ownership, are self-driven with a willingness to develop yourself as well as the organization
Experience and knowledge of our products, software, and applied technologies in the scope of the local business is a plus
Fluency in Swedish and English is required, both written and spoken, to be able to interact with both local and global stakeholders
