Would you like to have a new challenge becoming a Cost Structure Specialist?

Within Supply Chain Operations, Capital Equipment, Supplier Management Department, Module & Drawn Component Purchasing we are looking for a Cost Structure Specialist who will develop the successful execution of cost analysis in line with company strategies and the creation of a pre-calculation cost target database.

Supply Chain Capital Equipment leads and manage the sourcing, production, installation and commissioning of Tetra Pak packaging lines until final acceptance by the Customer.

Supplier Management provides a qualified and reliable supplier base for Capital Equipment that fulfils our clients' shared expectations and supports Tetra Pak's business needs. Module Purchasing & Drawn Component group is responsible for managing and optimizing our Supplier base producing modules, drawn components or complete machines for Tetra Pak portfolio, by continuously working with optimizing quality, lead time & cost.

Main responsibilities

• Cost analysis and material cost reduction projects
• Analyzing and controlling the cost structure of our module suppliers
• Deliver a concrete approach to equipment target cost definition
• Standardizing the cost models trough the creation and the application of recognized and replicable number of tools / methods

Qualifications

As a person you have a strong personal drive, a structured view and an analytical mindset. Furthermore you have good communication skills and can cooperate with suppliers and colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain effective working relationships. To complete the profile you have a problem solving capability and an ability to influence people and to convey your views and findings.

We are looking for a person with at least 5 years of experience in analysing times and methods, industrialization, process-product engineering and mechanical tooling.

We require the knowledge of analysis tools to split and evaluate the key driver parameters composing the material cost. Very good applied knowledge of Microsoft Office (notably excel) is a must and knowledge of MTM will be considered as a plus.
