We are looking for a Corporate Responsibility Director to join the Corporate Responsibility function at the Volvo Group Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Being in the phase of strengthening our efforts to conduct sustainable business throughout the Volvo Group, we're looking forward to welcoming an inclusive team player to our Corporate Responsibility function. It is becoming increasingly important to understand and utilize the potential of sustainable business which will contribute to our mission of driving prosperity through transport solutions. The Corporate Responsibility Function is responsible for coordinating and driving various projects, such as societal engagement initiatives, the implementation of responsible business programs, and for providing guidance and support in human rights assessments, manage the sustainability reporting and provide support in external stakeholder dialogues.
The Function consists of a handful of colleagues. We are working cross functionally and through global internal networks.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Develop and integrate a methodology for evaluation of sustainability related risks and opportunities
Manage the yearly process of sustainability reporting for the Volvo Group
Drive and coordinate work related to the Volvo Group Corporate Responsibility networks
Provide support in and coordinate external stakeholder dialogues
Provide Corporate Responsibility related trainings to the organisation

WHO ARE YOU?
You hold a university degree in Business Administration, and bring experiences from a business control department. You also bring experiences from working operationally with sustainability in a company. You will have frequent contacts across a global organization and therefore communication and pedagogical skills are paramount.
Your analytical and critical thinking is strong, and you are confident in converting complex data into understandable messages. You have high integrity, are curious and thrive when developing yourself and others.
You are fluent in English and Swedish.

Group Communication is responsible for external and internal communication including digital channels for the Volvo Group. The responsibility also includes development of communication concepts and platforms and development of communication capabilities. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Brand Management are other parts of Group Communication. Group Communications supports the product brands and is responsible for the Volvo Group Brand.
