• Responsibilities include financial modeling, analysis and preparation of relevant documents, from origination and structuring to execution of capital market transactions
• Financial and commercial analysis
• Development of junior employees
• Interaction with our sales department, legal firms and other financial advisers
Arctic is looking for a team member with up to 3 years work experience within Debt Capital Markets, Leverage Finance, Acquisition Finance, Corporate Finance or similar background to join our Stockholm DCM team. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of domestic and international clients providing advice and services within debt financing, such as High Yield bonds and secured loan products.
Qualifications
• Solid academic background and up to 3 years work experience from Debt Capital Markets, Leverage Finance, Acquisition Finance, Corporate Finance, or similar background
• Ambitious, strong work ethic and analytical skills
• Strong understanding and genuine interest in the financial capital markets
• Arctic values creativity, integrity and co-operation abilities
• Fluency in Swedish and English is a prerequisite
