Job Description
As a Corporate Communications Specialist at Monki you are responsible for managing and delivering external and internal communication supporting our business goals. Together with the communication manager you take lead in driving projects, creating forums and packaging messages in accordance with our brand strategy, which means you have an active role in communicating not only fashion and business-related materials, but also other important areas such as female empowerment, sustainability, and I&D. You are also responsible for inspiring and engaging your colleagues by project leading monthly/yearly meet ups, kick-offs, information meetings, internal newsletters and much more.
Your main responsibilities also include:
Develop corporate communications strategy and yearly activity plan in close collaboration with Communications manager
Proactive and reactive support with crisis communication and media relations
Project management of corporate communication projects for internal and external target groups with an omnichannel approach
Ensure cross functional collaboration within Monki, H&M Group functions, brands, businesses, and partners, encouraging co-creation across the organization
Actively promote our DNA and Values with staff and stakeholders to support our business success. Also securing our DNA in stakeholder materials
Build and maintain relationships across the company to increase information sharing
Qualifications

We would love to meet someone who has:
An education in media, communication, journalism or related field
3-5 years of previous experience working in a similar role with corporate communication
Great communicator in English, both verbally and in written
Previous experience in project management
Experience from working with sustainability communication (both environment and social sustainably)
The mindset and tools to handle stressful situations.
Attention to details
Great relationship-building skills and likes to network
Good presentations skills, ie being comfortable to host and lead bigger meetings
