We are looking for a driven and independently working Core Application/Back Office Manager to further strengthen our IT-team. If you have at least 5 years of work experience in application management, but also maintenance and first project management experience- the job with LloydsApotek may be the next challenge for you!
Arbetsuppgifter: As Core Application/Back Office Manager for LloydsApotek, you will be responsible to maintain and develop our core pharmacy systems as well as support our pharmacy operations. Your main focus will be on our core pharmacy Point of Sale (POS), drug dispensing and stock management ERP-systems, based on Microsoft NAV and LS Retail.Your main tasks will be to act as a key person and project manager to drive a highly complex upcoming system rebuild/upgrade. You will coordinate the transformation with system suppliers, other business departments and relevant corporate stakeholders. You will also handle the ongoing maintenance and 2nd/3rd level of support. You will be responsible for the further development of the system starting with demand specification together with the business, through managing the change process to final release to production.The job also includes support in integrating our online shop into the POS & dispensing system, but also contributing to integration projects with further service suppliers. In addition, you will be the key responsible for the Agresso Accounting and Finance system in cloud as well as our cloud-based HR- & Payroll system Agda, where you will be in charge for ongoing maintenance, change management and integration.For all above mentioned systems, you will ensure systems' compliance with local regulatory requirements, SOX and corporate policies.
Kvalifikationer: To be successful in the position we see that you have at least 5 years of work experience within IT and basic application/maintenance/and project management skills. You hold a university degree in IT and/or equally comparable experience proven by certificates. Experience in Microsoft environment and integration techniques is a must. Experience in working with cloud based applications & services is a great advantage.You are fluent in English (in both speech and writing), and preferably also in Swedish.
