We are looking for a Coordinator Global Mobility and International Compensation & Benefits with expertise in the area of international mobility and pensions.
Job description
As Coordinator Global Mobility and International Compensation & Benefits you will contribute to the daily operations of the Global Mobility/International Compensation & Benefits function for the new group of companies called Epiroc.
You will be involved in the administration of all alternative pension plans for international assignees and spouses within Epiroc. You will also be involved in organizing alternative pension solutions for international assignees unable to remain in their home country schemes. This means close contacts with external consultants and correspondence with employees and their managers.
Furthermore, you will support the activities to manage contracts, preparation of salary review and administration of the different insurances provided to the international mobile employees.
You will be in close contact with the assignees and HR managers/Divisional HR Managers of various Divisions and subsidiaries across the Group, as well as with the external stakeholders.
You will further be responsible for the development of internal processes and other projects related to the maintenance of international pensions.
You will be the liaison between accounting and international mobility.
You will support other ad hoc activities related to the employment of international mobile employees.
This position reports to the Senior Adviser Global Mobility & International Compensation and benefits.
Experience requirements
To be successful in this position, you have a few years of experience working with international mobility and pension administration or within a similar cross functional area in an international environment. You must be business oriented and possess a good understanding of the general concepts of business flows and processes.
Educational requirements
A university degree, preferably in Law, Business administration or Economics is required. Fluent in both written and spoken English is necessary; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Personality requirements
The person we are looking for is able to handle pressure and to meet strict deadlines, demonstrates efficient planning and organization skills, is logical and analytical and is eager to get things done correctly and professionally.
The candidate should be a result-oriented person who enjoys working independently with investigative work. A high level of service-mindedness and an interest in people. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
