In this position you will be responsible for planning and coordination of activities related to engine testing in vehicles. You will work cross functionally and have a large network within and outside the department. The work is variegated and the pace is high.
Job description and responsibilities
As coordinator, your mission is to ensure that test carriers in the form of vehicles are available for testing when needed and with the correct configuration. In order to do this you will focus on:
Workshop planning in sync with test plan
Work orders to work shop
Material availability
Information gathering
Communication and cooperation
Summer and winter tests

Your profile
You need to have practical and/or theoretical experience from work with engines or vehicles. You also need administrative skills, preferably from a coordinating and/or planning role. If you are solutions oriented and like to interact with people, you have the right mind set. We believe that you have an university degree or equivalent and several years of work experience.
To fit the role you should be a curious, open-minded and driven person. You need to be a team player who can also work and drive issues independently. You should also be structured, take responsibility and have a strong customer focus. It is important that you have good people skills and communicate well. You need to be and able to express yourself well in written and spoken Swedish and English. Furthermore, an interest in improvement work is necessary for you to be able to take on and feel comfortable in the role.
