Our Client is an American public multinational corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of products and services predominantly related to computing through its various product divisions. Its most profitable products have come to dominate the commercial office suite market, and the company's operating system, which has achieved near ubiquity in the desktop computer market. The company has also diversified in recent years into the video game industry as well as into the consumer electronics and digital services market.

Venezu is a temp and recruitment agency that works exclusively with B2B companies in the ICT industry. We focus on the Nordic market and we are looking for motivated and skilled candidates that fit the innovative and can-do environment of our customers. We are now looking for a controller to be located in Stockholm

Our client is looking for a candidate with a bachelor or master degree in economics and you have 3 to 5 years' experience from working with multinational companies. You are pro-active as a person, organized and able to follow and create strong rhythm of business to make sure assignments are completed in time. In addition to this, you have the ability to handle a lot of information without getting overwhelmed.
A perfect candidate might have worked for one of the large IT-players abroad and is now looking for a position in Stockholm.
The main responsibilities are as follow:
• First point of contact for compliance questions in the subsidiary
• Review and localise compliance training with the relevant stakeholders in the business, coach them on the who, what and how
• Support the local self-assessments that's being done, checklist tasks and local monitoring, make sure that follow up is done
• Support internal audit process and help design local remediation when needed. Drive remediation execution and report progress
• Ensure all critical communication lands at all relevant employees, either through self-designed or required company communication

A typical day is as follow:

• Work with segment champs to land relevant training
• Coordinate and Review SCA (Compliance Assessment)
• Create IA/SCA Remediation plans together with owners (segment leads)
• Follow up on IA/SCA remediating execution
• Monitor checklist tasks

You are fluent in Swedish as well as in English, and have a working permit in Sweden already in place. The position is based in Kista, Stockholm.
