Our function IT Sales Store maintains and develops IT solutions that creates an exciting shopping adventure for our customers in all our stores globally. As a Contract Manager within IT Sales Store you will work with complex global contracts and purchases towards all our selling markets and stores. We currently have many initiatives ongoing where you play a key role in the development of our IT store solutions.
You will work in a team together with four senior contract managers. You will be overall responsible for all contracts within one delivery area, working closely together with project managers, system responsibles and delivery area responsible.

Areas of responsibility
The job of an H&M Contract Manager comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun! Your to do-list includes:
• Lead and support the contract lifecycle
• Lead and support commercial discussions and contract issues with vendors
• Ensure good relations with our vendors
• Negotiate contract changes with existing vendors
• Write and interpret contracts
You will also support delivery responsible with vendor follow-up, play an important role in decision forums and head internal training sessions regarding existing contracts.
Your competence
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Minimum 5 years of IT purchasing or contract management
• Several years' experience of leading negotations
• Experience of purchasing complex IT services
• Substantial experience of writing and interpreting contracts
• Fluent in Swedish and English
