hela Sverige Are you passionate about content production and making creative campaigns happen? At Stena Line, we're looking for a Content Production Lead to manage the day-to-day execution of content projects-ensuring timelines are met, processes run smoothly, and teams work efficiently together.
In this role, you'll oversee the production workflow, coordinating with creative teams, media planners, project managers, and external vendors to ensure all content is delivered on schedule and at the highest quality. You'll be hands-on in managing resources, troubleshooting production challenges, and keeping projects on track across multiple channels. Some of your key responsibilities:
• Oversee the full production process for regional and seasonal marketing campaigns, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
• Ensure brand consistency by aligning all content with Stena Line's brand strategy, communication platform, visual identity, tone of voice, and positioning.
• Lead the creative development process, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams-including marketing, media, and product-to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
• Manage workflow efficiently, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and tracking milestones using project management tools to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as the key liaison for external agencies, vendors, and production partners, maintaining clear communication and timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance and quality control, verifying that all campaign materials meet legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Continuously improve production processes by identifying efficiencies, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices.
• Oversee budgets and cost negotiations, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively while maximizing resources.

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in marketing, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of successfully leading similar roles within content production and marketing.
- Expertise in project management, with the ability to drive complex campaigns from concept to delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of content production workflows, including all phases of photo and video production-pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Experience working in an international environment, managing multi-market campaigns and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful content production project management, preferably across multiple markets.
- Deep understanding of asset formats and digital tools for automated content production, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
