Role Overview: Content Designer ResponsibilitiesAs a Content Designer at VIPAS AB, you will craft digital experiences that captivate and inform audiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design content that is not only effective but also resonates with our diverse clientele.
Plan and write UX content for web and mobile experiences (across all touchpoints including navigation and userinterface copy, emails, in-app notifications, chatbots, and help).* Collaborate with Design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone.* Use data-driven insights about experience gaps and customer pain points to brainstorm and build proposed experience solutions. Drive the definition of a clear and actionable strategic direction for content in this problem/solution space.* Coordinate and advise content designers on other teams to share context and clarity you've gleaned from customer research.* Use data and research to evaluate your content's impact, and push for continuous improvement that showstangible results.
Essential Qualifications and Skills for Content Designers 4+years professional writing experience for web or mobile product content.* Excellentwriting, critical-thinking, and communication skills.* Experience working with content standards, such as style and voice and tone guidelines.* At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, workingindividually,and collaborating across teams.* Experience in financial services, payments, B2B or B2C e-commerce is preferred.* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Design, InformationScienceor related field preferred.
Location and Language Requirements Location: Ability to work on-site in Stockholm, 2-3 days a week.
Language: Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
