Contact Centre Representative - About YOU...
As a Contact Centre Representative based in our Contact Centre, you will be positive and outspoken, as well as disciplined and self-motivated. You will be naturally competitive and passionate about providing outstanding customer service. Often the first point of contact for our customers, your exceptional influencing and relationship management skills will be vital to ensure that our customers feel special and leave every interaction with that wow feeling. To succeed in this role you will need to be solution driven, love working in a fast paced environment, have great organisational skills, high attention to detail, be awesome at multi-tasking and most importantly, have a fantastic attitude that positively infects our customers. You will provide up-to-date information on products and services to customers over the phone and email, whilst maintaining a professional but positive attitude that engages the customer from the moment you contact them.
Contact Centre Supervisor - About YOU...
Adopting all of the above, you will also have the ability to lead a small team effectively, ensuring you inspire a productive and thriving work environment. You will have high attention to detail, understand processes and evolve them to suit your territory. You will have experience coaching and developing staff in the workplace, as well as experience meeting internal KPIs and managing rosters.
