Product & Market intelligence (MI) is the home of a team of experts & researchers. Our purpose is to create actionable insights used to guide our company at times of transformation. We help the organisation in taking smart and fact-based decisions that will shape the future of our business.
About the role
Within Product & Market Intelligence, the team in charge of understanding customers is searching a new specialist that will oversee all our syndicated surveys. We are looking for a champion able to manage these sources, fundamental to our daily activities, but that also can dig into the data to uncover the insights that are shaping the automotive market.
• You will have the global responsibility for our club studies: NCBS, SIGMA, JD Power. This means you will represent Volvo Cars in these different forums, be in charge of their execution & implementation in our databases and manage our collaborations among Volvo sisters' companies in the Geely group.
• You will also need to own your data and be a solid speaking partner to our internal stakeholder, from the most strategic to the most operational functions. You will be the key go-to person when we need to understand the world around us. You will also work in close collaboration with our data scientists' teams, exploring new ways to use & leverage the data in your perimeter, and even create new models.
About you
You are of course passionate about our customers and will you proudly represent them within the company. You are autonomous, self-starting, and do not hesitate to take uncharted paths. You are familiar with at least one of these club studies (mentioned above), quite standard in our industry, or have been involved in the creation / run of customers segmentations in your career as well as experienced in using various analytical tools such as SPSS, Power BI and of course standard Microsoft office tools or equivalent. You have also developed strong organization skills and are at ease with driving research agencies & institutes to get to your objective.

Education level
Master or equivalent university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics.
