To our office in Gothenburg we are looking for a Construction Supervisor.

Valmet in Gothenburg engineers, produces and delivers environmentally friendly power and heat boilers for technically demanding fuels, and recovery boilers and evaporation plants for the pulp and paper industry.

Job description:

As a Construction Supervisor you will supervise the erection and installation work. That includes to ensure effectiveness and quality, to define and reserve needed manpower and resources, to ensure the safety in own responsibility area, and to supervise right timing of erection and installation work.

Furthermore, the job includes to coordinate material receiving, and to ensure reporting and documentation according to instructions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position you should have good knowledge of site erection and installation work and/or suitable education/experience. You have minimum two years of experience as Site Supervisor on boiler, evaporation or similar process plant.

Furthermore, you have good understanding of contractual issues, proved to have capabilities to adopt skills outside your discipline and good knowledge of site reporting tools.

With your good communication and interpersonal skills you are able to build and keep up good relationships with both external and internal clients. Good command of both Swedish and English language is essential in this position.
