Is your next role within Supplier Management, combining your technical and commercial interest? Our Component Standardisation team is recruiting a Component Manager for the product groups Valves and Pumps. You will be a member of our international team within the Supply Chain Operations Capital Equipment (SCO CE) Supplier Management Organisation, working in strong cooperation with suppliers providing value to Tetra Pak's customers through focus on Component Standardisation.
As Component Manager, you will be responsible for providing a world class commercial component assortment to the machine platforms within Development and Engineering and being a trusted business partner by giving guidance on component selection. You will drive a commercial component strategy that focuses on functionality, standardisation and consolidation together with the Commercial Component purchasing team. You will report to the Manager, Component Standardisation in SCO CE SM, Component Management and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.
• The main tasks in the position are to: Develop and maintain a supplier base and component assortments in line with business requirements.
• Create and implement Commodity Strategies for the product groups.
• Secure and maintain that Component Master Data is updated according to set standards.
• Drive Supplier Performance Improvements, focusing on quality, lead time and cost.
• Build long-term relationships, defining agreement on cooperation and expectations between Tetra Pak and the suppliers.
• Support internal machine development projects with standardisation expertise and a fit for purpose component assortment.

To be successful in this position, we believe you have a technical university degree combined with experience from technical purchasing and/or development engineering. Your technical interest is one of your biggest assets and should you have knowledge about the product groups valves and pumps, we find it valuable. You have previous experience of stakeholder management and, preferably, project management. Your English skills are excellent, written and spoken, and you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and SAP or similar business software.
