hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Tietoenator Business Support Sweden Aktiebolag i Stockholm TietoEnator HR Centre (HRC) is searching for an active and goal-orientated manager to be responsible for the development of competence and performance in TietoEnator. He/she will act also as a manager for the international unit working within this area.
TietoEnator's HR community consists of HR professionals located in Group HR, business areas and HR Centre. HR Centre is TietoEnator's shared service centre for HR administration and development. HR Centre offers HR employment and manager services, business HR services, HR process development and support, personnel and organization development support and HR information management support. All in all 70 HR professionals are working in the HR Centre.
He/she will report to the head of HR Centre and belong to the HR Centre management group.
The competence & performance development manager is responsible for:
• Driving long-term strategic competence & performance development having a clear vision of TietoEnator in this area
• Continuously reviewing the strategic fit of the vision with TietoEnator business needs by having close contacts with top management, business managers and HR community
• Running operative tasks of competence & performance development and management together with his/her unit and other parties in TietoEnator
• Maintaining a continuous and proactive dialogue with business managers and HR community regarding services offered (the usage, future needs, satisfaction / improvement areas, etc.)
• Making sure that that service will be delivered in the same way in all TietoEnator countries when possible
• Taking care of the efficiency of the services
• Acting as a line manager for his/hear unit.

• you have several years' experience in similar tasks (~10 years where at least 2 - 3 years in the manager position).
We value that the person has expertise in human resources development (HRD) area. The experience from TietoEnator as a company will help you when starting your work. Also experience from other companies running competence & performance development will be seen positive.
