What you will be a part of
Saab Academy, a part of Group Human Resources, is responsible for competence development, employer branding, talent and management processes and we offer a wide range of trainings, courses and e-learnings for Saab employees.
Through collaboration, change management, facilitation and coaching we deliver ideas, concepts, processes and solutions contributing to Saabs sustainable business success by enabling a diverse, innovative, open-minded and performance driven culture with focus on:
Developing Leadership
Pushing Performance
Finding & Growing Talent
Securing Competence & Capability
We work through our HR colleagues and Saabs managers and leaders.
Your role
You will, together with your colleagues, work to further develop, implement and govern employee and leadership development Modules and Programmes, as well as global processes related to Performance Management, Leadership, Talent Management, Induction and Competence Development.
You will have a key role in supporting your HR colleagues and managers with performance and talent management. Many of the activities are related to change management.
Your skills and experience
You have an academic degree and experience from leadership and management or human resources. International experience is also a merit.
You have the ability to flourish in a team environment; as well as work independently. You are solution driven using creative and diverse ways to approach a problem or answer a question. You demonstrates confidence, credibility and good judgment.
You are business oriented, interested in leading projects and curious to learn.
It's important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English (speaking and writing) and that you have good communicative skills. You enjoy working in a global organization.
