Within IT Infrastructure, Client Services is responsible for end user support and workplace services to all Vattenfall employees, delivered by either internal staff or external suppliers. Specific focus area is to run a successful retained organization to support a sourced client landscape, meaning that supplier management is part of the daily job.
At this moment we are looking for a Competence Area Representative (CAR) / Security Coordinator for our Network Operation Team.
What are you going to do?
You will as CAR/Security Coordinator mainly focus on the product management area and service delivery management and make sure that the competence area security network operation meets the collective needs of the services - now and in the future.
Security network operations consist of the full scope of requests, from initiation to delivery, both within our own organization as well as through our external suppliers. You will as a CAR be end-to-end responsible from creating the roadmap and conducting continues improvement cycles for the products within the competence area, to secure the delivery of the services connected to their products from our internal and external suppliers.
As a CAR/Security Coordinator you will have the complete overview of all network security devices incl. policy logic. You will also be the first contact for:
• technical topics from outside (stakeholder, other teams, questions...)
• technical topics within the security team
• sourcing partner
Furthermore, you will
• Manage and measure your (external) suppliers and 3rd Party Vendors via Governance and Service Level Agreements
• Define/manage the deliveries and solutions from the Competence Area (including alignment to related service criteria) and cost allocation keys used in the cost build-up model
• Coordinate pen tests
• Apply security measures against actual attack and contribute to projects from a network security perspective
Qualifications and personal characteristics
We believe that you have the mindset of move things forward, are easy to cooperate with and have good communication skills. You have at least five years of experience in IT and general knowledge of the current IT Enterprise Telecommunications Technology. You are fluent in English, written and spoken. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile
• Have knowledge about running projects, problems, processes, documentations
• Experience of the full technology service lifecycle along with strong financial management knowledge to monitor and manage technology services expenditure
• Deep knowledge of virus, worm, spyware, trojans, DDoS, phishing
• Deep knowledge in security techniques (IPS, IDS, Firewalls, Proxy, Sandboxing, remote browser isolation, script filter / isolation
• Having ITIL Service Management certification is a plus;
• Good knowledge in:
• ISMS ISO2700x
• ITSM
• CIM (solution-oriented thinking under time pressure)
• NSM (tool implementation and development)
• TVM
• Security zone model realization
• LCM (at all security layers)

Location
Flexible, in one of our core locations, Stockholm, Berlin, Hamburg, Amsterdam or Gliwice. The position will require incidental travel between Sweden, The Netherlands, Germany and Poland and other Vattenfall locations.
