JOB DESCRIPTION
Axis is the global market leader in network video and is very successful. During 2012 we plan to expand the organization following our long-term growth plan. Due to the expansion and the importance of ourcompensation and benefit work we are now opening a new position as Compensation & Benefit Specialist at the HR Department.

In this role you will be responsible for the work with compensation and benefit questions within Axis. Main tasks include developing and implementing policies, strategies and plans for compensation and benefit as well as working operationally, hands on with day to day tasks.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for an analytic and solution-oriented person with experience of working with compensation and benefits in an international organization. We believe you have good organizational skills and have experience of the link between business objectives role, competence and compensations principles.

We believe you enjoy working in a role where high pace, multi tasking and variation is essential for your success. In order to perform well we believe you have the following background and qualifications:

• A Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• 5-7 years' experience in a similar role in an international company
• Extensive knowledge MS Office
• Exposure to job sizing methodologies including job analysis, job descriptions and job evaluation
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to high standards
• Ability to use own initiative as well as work as part of a team to meet deadlines, while completing work of high standards
• Proactive attitude to problem solving and a flexible approach to tackling a wide variety of tasks
• Discretion and ability to deal with confidential matters
• Ability to work in a complex change management environment supporting growth 

The position is based in Lund but some travelling outside Sweden will be required.
