Your accountabilities and responsibilities?
In this position you will work on our direction, oversight, design, and management of our Compensation and Benefits strategy for GTT in Sweden. You will be responsible for providing operational Compensation and Benefits support to our Swedish GTT HR Business Partner team. This include the responsibility to drive annual activities, within the blue collar and white collar area, such as salary reviews, equal pay analysis and market data benchmarks. Other responsibilities include researching employee motives, implementing appealing rewards and tailoring current benefit programs based on business needs. You will also partner up with the recruitment team and the Talent Acquisition Director to provide comprehensive support to all people managers and colleagues.
As our Compensation and Benefits HR Business Partner representative in Sweden you will participate in the Swedish Compensation and Benefits functional working group network consisting of peers from other Business Areas within the Volvo Group. In this network you will contribute and provide functional knowledge of the existing business practices and safeguard GTT interests.
In this role you will also work closely with our Global Compensation and Benefits Director at GTT with a common goal to develop fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that help us improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.
To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of labor legislation and be familiar with organizational psychology and employee engagement.

Required qualifications for the position are:
A degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
At least 5 years' experience from HR
Strong understanding of the business context and challenges.
A customer orientation with a drive for results and an ability to work effectively
Strong Compensation and benefits skills in both the blue collar and white collar area is essential
Excellent Excel skills
Fluency in Swedish and English
The position is part of the Sweden GTT Human Resources team and reports directly to the Vice President HR Sweden at GTT and has a dotted line to the GTT Director Global Compensation and Benefits
