Position description
We are now looking for a Communications Manager, based in Gothenburg, with a special focus on driving the communication agenda for Volvo Group Trucks Technology (GTT) Sweden. In this role you work closely with the Site Leadership Team for GTT Sweden to develop and execute communication, as well as change management plans and offline and online content management activities that deliver the required impact with the prioritized target group; all GTT employees in Sweden. You will be a member of the GTT Site Leadership Team and the GTT crisis team in Sweden.
You will also carry the role as advisor and effectively coach and support the GTT Site Leadership Team and other relevant stakeholders in strengthening their communicative leadership.

The successful candidate has a proven track record mastering internal and change management communications, ideally from an international organization. You are passionate about the art of communication. You constantly develop audience-centric content, channels and strategies that deliver the required impact. This role requires that you are a true connector: you have a strong ability to form trustful and cross-functional relations within your stakeholders.
You are highly driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment and can easily switch between strategic and hands-on operational work.
Required competencies for the position:
You have a strong drive, a can-do mind-set and a hands-on attitude and the ability to drive several complex communication projects in parallel. You have documented experience within Communications:
University degree in Journalism, Communications, Media or Marketing
Several years of relevant internal communications experience
Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written English
Content management experience for online and offline channels, such as writing, film, broadcasts and other events
Experience from a multi-cultural and international business environment
Strong capacity in building cross functional networks and managing senior stakeholders
Strong personal credibility, integrity and creativity
Digital skills and experience
