THE POSITION
As a Communication Project Leader, you will be part of the Brand & Marketing team here at Monki. In your role you will be responsible for our corporate and internal communication - working cross functionally with all departments such as HR, Sales and local area teams across our markets. You will be responsible for creating briefs, project plans and budgets in assigned projects. In your role you will secure our brand DNA and values to staff and stakeholders in everything you do. This means that your role includes to:
• Gather, co-ordinate and produce internally relevant information material to Monki staff globally
• Plan, maintain and develop presence on multiple platforms and channels with an editorial plan
• Be an advocate for staff participation in campaigns (because we <3 our staff and know they're magic)
• Co-ordinate and secure material to stakeholders across departments, channels and the H&M group
• Develop and test internal strategies and routines
• Proactively and reactively support with crisis communication
YOU
As a person, you are structured, goal oriented and you like to interact with people. You need to be a confident and skilled writer and you need to be able to work with multiple parallel projects. You have a relevant education and proven project leader skills. Understanding of media and/or PR is a plus. Good spoken and written English is required, as you will be responsible for securing the Monki tone of voice in assigned projects.
