You'll be at the forefront of developing, driving, and executing co-worker and People in Centres communication strategies globally. To support Ingka Centres' business needs and to support our brands.
In your past roles, you've demonstrated entrepreneurship and ability to lead, plan, and implement communication & marketing strategies in diverse international settings. In particular that engage co-workers. Your experience spans creative multi-channel communication & marketing activation, co-worker communication and engagement, as well as PR and social media. Additionally, you have:
• An interest in co-worker communication PR and social media and their importance in creating engagement, as well as brand love and trust.
• Great knowledge and experience in leading, planning, executing, and following up communication & marketing strategies internationally.
• Rich experience in developing and delivering 360 communication initiatives, campaigns, and activations.
• Good knowledge of using insights to formulate communication plans and activities.
• Knowledge of and enthusiasm for Ingka Centres core values and vision.
• Knowledge of the latest developments, best practices, and people's preferences in the co-worker communication field.
• Great communication skills in English (spoken and written).
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As a Communication Leader at Ingka Centres, your day will be filled with impactful responsibilities. You will lead, drive and steer impactful and creative communications to positively engage co-workers and create brand fans among People in Centres. Your tasks will range from developing insight-based plans to ideating and executing communication campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Working collaboratively with markets and meeting places, as well as with internal stakeholders in all the other functions at Ingka Centres, you'll develop, promote, implement, and support communication and engagement approaches. As a Communication Leader you will look for great stories, reactive opportunities, provide counsel, and actively contribute to change communication priorities. Your role involves understanding, measuring, and monitoring communication performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
You'll secure clear, integrated communication and engagement processes, actively supporting a 360 agenda. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in handling issues, crisis communication, and managing communication & marketing agencies.
Amongst other things you will:
• Develop and implement insight-based strategies and plans for co-worker and People in Centres communication.
• Ideate, activate, and implement communication plans globally, ensuring integration for maximum impact.
• Provide counsel, support, and suggest direction for markets and meeting places in co-worker and People in Centers communication.
• Monitor communication performance, set goals, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Secure strong, integrated communication processes, working across priorities and supporting crisis communication response.
In this role you will report to our Integrated Communications Manager, and be based in either Malmö in Sweden, Madrid in Spain, Warsaw in Poland, or Shanghai in China.
