A beautiful job with a lot of different challenges and responsibilities. Malmö is our first office in Sweden and opened her doors in the summer of 2014. It is part of the Nordic branch with offices in: Stockholm, Aarhus and Copenhagen. Together with two experienced Project managers you will be responsible to further grow our team in Malmö. You are the leader of a talented group of students who are willing to make every day successful. You know how to inspire your team and make sure that they keep on challenging themselves and each other.
Not only to make great results for themselves but also for our clients. Because it is your team you are responsible for: recruiting, selecting, training and the growth of your people. You make sure that Pepperminds is the best job in Malmö and that students want to work for you.
Your job as a Commercial Project manager is to show your people how much fun sales can be. Because you are both trainer and coach it is important that you love sales and know how translate your knowledge into their skills. The personal development of your people is important to you, so as getting to know them and creating a warm community.
Your background
You love sales but more than that you are a coach, a people person and a team player. You are ready to take a leading position and looking forward to grow with the team. You like working with targets and shows ambition. Because we are working with students it is important that you don't have a 9 to 5 mentality and of course recognize yourself in our core values: Together, Growth, Quality, Honesty, Fun and Result.

You are willing to work from Tuesday to Saturday with variable hours
