Atos Medical is looking for a Commercial Product Manager to join our Tracheostomy Transformation team to support the growth of this product portfolio.

About the role
In this role you will be collaborating with stakeholders in our global markets, driving the development of commercial initiatives within our Tracheostomy business areas. The focus is to transform the way we provide patients and health care professionals into a whole new level of support and care.
Together with the team you will contribute to the development of our working methods and frameworks. Since this is a new position, the scope is not fixed, and we offer the opportunity to participate in shaping the role as we go.
You will be reporting to the Director of Tracheostomy Transformation and be a part of his team. The position is based at the headquarters in Malmö, Hyllie and we apply a hybrid working model.
Your responsibilities:
Key tasks include planning and driving commercial activities, e.g.;
Market launch
Go-To market models
Innovation projects
Pricing
Support and drive the development of our Global Commercial framework and best-practice sharing
Supporting the Tracheostomy Business with ad hoc tasks to maximize business performance
Supporting the Global Leadership team in different tasks related to the commercial agenda
About you
You recognize the scope of the role, and ideally you are also familiar with Medical Device. However, we also embrace diversity, and we are certain that you can convert from other industries as well.

A university degree in business, economics, engineering or similar
A couple of years of experience from similar corporate roles (Business development, Commercial management, Product Management etc.)
Experience from Management Consulting would be considered as a plus
Excellent problem solving and communication skills in Excel and Power Point
Advanced understanding of the commercial side of business as well as stakeholder management across the organization and seniority
The ability to lead Commercial Projects and being able to share the vision in easy-to-understand way through verbal and written communication
