Global Contract Management manager

Description

We are looking for you who have been working as a contract manager (or equivalent) in customer business for some time and now looking for a job where you can have a great impact on a growing strategic function. Contract Management is on a journey. In pre-sales we want to ensure well balanced contracts in terms of commercial and legal risks. In post-sales we know that a contract manager engagement is an important enabler for business performance. In the central global team we work together with the regions to improve and further evolve Ericsson?s contract performance and governance.

You will be a key stakeholder in the development of contract management within Ericsson and have good visibility and ability to impact. The assignment includes:

Lead the way forward for Ericsson's global contract management system, Sales CLM, in terms of being the unified reference for contract T&C applied in our business end-to-end
Contribute to the global Contract Management professional network aiming at cross-regional competence and insight.
Support the regions for improved contract performance with focus on profitability and cash flow improvement.
Refine and align guidance together with BUs and Legal for optimal Ericsson contract terms and templates.
Define and continuously improve methods and tools for business decisions where contractual T&Cs are properly considered and mitigated.

Qualifications

Experience from a region
University Bachelor or higher degree in any of the following: Business Administration/ Engineering/Finance/Legal/Science etc
Minimum five (5) years of commercial experience
Personal experience from customer negotiations and related commercial assessments
Hand-on experience from working with commercial T&Cs in relation to Ericsson?s portfolio and various business models
In-depth knowledge of the contract management practice (both pre- and post sales)
Solid knowledge of business legal
High level of commercial and financial awareness
Presentation skills
Fluent in English (oral and written)
