ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Commercial Account Manager Messaging, you will be working with the existing messaging products, contributing to development of new commercial products and collaborating with the team of our messaging experts. You will engage with our existing customers and suppliers to assure growth; you will find new prospects and convert them. You will also be responsible for finding upselling possibilities to improve revenue and satisfaction per customer as well as to build professional relationships based on trust and professionalism. You will be expected to create and deliver the best offers and outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

Work with our customers and suppliers and assure their full satisfaction
Gather market information related to markets/products pricing in order to define right pricing strategies for SMS Business, Rich Messaging and Value-Added Services (VAS)
Manage the operational aspects and processes of existing and new products
Collaborate with the team to define the routing & pricing strategy considering existing commercial contracts, bilateral relationships with SMS aggregators and other partners
Work actively with other members of commercial team and develop buying & selling activities for SMS Business and Rich Messaging
Follow and understand business and market trends, assess opportunities and risks in order to support forecast and budget work as well as to optimize the key-cost drivers
Set clear objectives and guidelines and undertake corrective measures to align business performances to relevant levels of expectations
Perform work with contracts, product descriptions, and manage the operational aspects and processes of commercial work


WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We believe that you have commercial experience with a global focus as well as strong collaboration and communication skills to assist in facilitating problem resolution. Including the ability to demonstrate critical thinking and ability to develop strategic on-going customer relationships. You are result driven, perseverant and will bring an entrepreneurial mindset.

We also believe that you have:

University degree within Business/Economics or beyond
Working experience within the telecommunication industry
Experience in sales (merit)
Strong business acumen as well as some telecom/messaging related technical knowledge
Experience within complex, fast paced environments, working with a distributed team
Persistent with the ability to work independently to achieve objectives
English proficiency, Swedish is a merit
In depth data knowledge analysis using MS Excel or equivalent
You are result driven, perseverant and have a strong partnership and customer focus.
Experience in Messaging Business (SMS, Omnichannel, Rich Messaging)

This is a fulltime permanent position located in our headquarter in Kista, Stockholm.
