Your role
As Service Manager, you will work close together with Cloud Center of Excellence and Cloud Engineers to lead the journey towards established Cloud Services in operations. We are expanding within the newly established delivery unit, Digital Accelerator, and are looking for an experienced Service Manager. You will lead the service delivery and drive change in our new Service Area, Cloud Foundation.
This critical role will be responsible for establishing and managing our use of public cloud services, with a primary focus on Azure for landing zones and selected SaaS services. In this position you will play a key role in building and growing this new service area.
The main tasks include:
* Establish and lead the service delivery to support our organisation's use of public cloud services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize cloud initiatives that align with business objectives
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of the service area
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and internal policies related to cloud services
* Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the service area team and foster a business oriented and forward leaning mindset
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in cloud technologies and services
Domestic travels can occur frequently since the organisation is located on different sites. International travel may also be needed at times.
Your profile

As a person, you are a driven communicator (verbally and written), especially in the collaboration with internal stakeholders and have the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation in Swedish and English.
Required Skills:
* Academic degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
* Experience in managing cloud services, preferably with Azure
* Understanding of cloud architectures, including landing zones
* Familiarity with cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks
* Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
* Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
* Interest or experience in Change Management, preferably cloud transformation projects
* Experience in agile ways of working
* Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices
* Proven track record of successfully being part of implementing and managing large-scale cloud initiatives
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
