We are now looking for a Cloud Native 5G Core Developer to develop and maintain Product Development Unit Packet Core's 5G Core products AMF and SMF. These 3GPP products are based on a micro-service architecture and we use Cloud Native technologies and tools in the development of these. Our micro-services are written in the Go programming language.
Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. We stand at the forefront of Agile software development, using methods like Lean and Scrum to create products that excel. Early customer and stakeholder feedback is a key element in our development process which is based on Continuous Integration SW practices. We rely on team collective responsibility to complete all tasks according to an established backlog priority.
Responsibilities:
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
Develop, test and maintain high quality products
Perform trouble shooting and customer support
You will drive strategic technical leadership
Develop competence in the technical domain
This position is based in Göteborg, in modern facilities at Lindholmen Science Park. The selection and interview process is ongoing. Therefore, send in your application in English as soon as possible.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
Great programming skills and experience in Git
Experience in agile software development practices
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with the Go programming language
Experience working with technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, Microservices, Containers, VMs
Experience with DevOps
Experience from the Telecom industry, 3GPP, Packet Core products or similar
Familiarity with Open Source software
