As Cloud Application Architect at Edgeware you will work in out UnitX team, essential to our present and future development! The team is responsible for Product Innovation, Systems Architecture and Product Ownership. You will be working together with our main technical experts in UnitX. We are six people, all of us with more than fifteen years of experience of software engineering. We believe that you will find a great environment filled with creativity, innovation and optimization with us!
AWS, Docker and Kubernetes are an environment and tools you greatly appreciate. You think it is great fun to lead Cloud Architecture and to optimize processes and deployment of applications. You also like to define interfaces and create strong application interoperability. Part of your R&D responsibilities will be to keep yourself updated to the latest tech within Cloud and virtualization and to pass this knowledge on to your team members as well as developers in the application teams.
You will have dialogues on different planes both internally and externally and you will also work hands on. You will have access to nice offices close to T-Centralen within an international environment, starting with a thorough intro. You will have great influence within an organization at the forefront of the streaming revolution. Your everyday at Edgeware will bring something new and every day will be a new day!
WHO ARE YOU?
Cloud Architecture and deployment are areas of expertise you know well. Preferably you have a strong competence in AWS but if you have extensive experience from architecture and deployment from GCP or Azure, that is also highly valued. You have good experience of Docker and Kubernetes and how to simplify development of new applications. Furthermore you are used to communicate via reports and seminars.
Jenkins and Git experience are meritorious, as well as provisioning flows, data modelling, security, system integration and application abstraction. If you also have experience of networking and video tech, you will have a great time at Edgeware!
