hela Sverige A new and exciting opportunity for the position Clinical Specialist in Access Stockholm has arisen.
This role is as Clinical Specialist (CS) Picc Line, within the Access division and TTM (Temperature Management System). Reporting to the Nordic Sales Manager, Access, the CS has a key role to support the Territory Managers after the sales process in the Nordic countries. The role will support with education in a clinical environment. Extensive travel is required to cover the Nordic region.

The Clinical Specialist has outstanding relationship skills to engage and develop key customers and grow our market share.
ROLE
Facilitate Advanced Practice PICC Placement/TTM workshops in the Nordic countries
• Advanced PICC Placement/TTM Workshops - this includes the theory component such as anatomy and physiology related to vascular access, device choice, complication management and ultrasound techniques with the opportunity for a practical training on mannequins.
• This will include PICC placement using Ultrasound technology (Site Rite), micro introducers, needle guides and ECG technology
• Promote growth of Piccs, MIK, SherLock 3CG technology, use of ultrasound and TTM in key growth hospitals
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will likely have a scientific or medical background in the healthcare industry, preferably a university degree as qualified nurse.
Working experience in the healthcare industry; already familiar with Picc line devices and modalities. He/she is expected to maintain clinical proficiency to be capable of supporting cases in a competent manner. Ideally the candidate should have placed PICC lines in clinical practise or have worked in the field of vascular access.
Fluency in one Scandinavian language and with good working knowledge in English. Good knowledge in the other Scandinavian languages.
Ability to work directly with medical specialists such as physicians, physicists, sales people and distributors.
Ability to work in a multi-national environment; with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem solving and information gathering capability.
Ability to prioritize and plan accordingly.
Frequent travel is required.
