Are you our next Clinical Research Associate?
We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our Medical & Scientific Affairs team in Malmö. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to work hands-on with clinical studies within Medical Devices and contribute directly to studies that improve the lives of people living with a neck stoma.
In this role, you will work across the full lifecycle of clinical studies - from preparation and set-up to daily coordination and monitoring all the way to final reporting - and collaborate closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access.
About the Role
You will primarily work on clinical studies conducted by Atos Medical. This includes planning, execution support, monitoring, study follow-up, and reporting. You will be the main point of contact during the study and ensure that documentation, data and communication flow correctly throughout the process.
You will:
* Prepare and set up clinical studies, including documentation and study materials
* Serve as the main point of contact throughout ongoing studies
* Support and monitor clinical investigations, primarily from in-house
* Analyze clinical data sets and summarize findings
* Contribute to and co-write clinical investigation reports
* Ensure that study documentation follows internal and external standards
* Support Marketing and Market Access in internal training and implementation of study results
About You
You enjoy working with clinical documentation, scientific material, and structured workflows. You are thorough, able to meet deadlines, and comfortable collaborating across functions.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Minimum MSc within health, biomedical or life sciences (or equivalent)
* Practical experience with scientific writing or clinical data (from studies, thesis work or employment)
* Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data sets
* Strong written communication skills in English
* Experience from industry is an advantage
* Experience within medical devices or oncology is a plus but not a requirement
You are:
* Structured and detail-oriented in documentation and data handling
* Comfortable presenting findings to different stakeholder groups
* Self-driven with the ability to take ownership of your tasks
* Collaborative and able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
What We Offer
At Atos Medical, you will work across the full scope of clinical projects - from initial planning to final reporting. You will join a dedicated and knowledgeable team with diverse expertise, and you will have strong opportunities to learn and grow professionally.
We offer:
* Collective agreement
* Flexible working hours
* Health and wellbeing initiatives including Epassi lunch subsidy and wellness allowance
* Breakfast at the office several days a week
